Q.Where are your products made? (COVID19 Update)
A. At the moment, most of our products are made and shipped from China because of the limited inventory and production line from other warehouses.

We totally understand that this may sound uncomfortable to you with these uncertain times, but we always put the health and safety of our team and our customers first.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitisation of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.

Should you have any local manufacturer recommendations, please feel free to email us and we are happy to collaborate with them. 

Q. Where do you normally ship from?
A. Order fulfilment is completed via our partner warehouses in the US, Australia, and China. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse where inventory is readily available.

Please expect for your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 10-21 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Can I order anywhere?
A. Yes, orders can be placed anywhere since we ship Worldwide.

Q. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
A. If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us at sales@fanniebaystore.com, and we’ll give you a refund or replacement.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Cancelations are possible within 24hrs after placing an order. Cancel request after 24hrs or after it fulfillment (sent for shipment) will need to follow our Return Policy. If you want to cancel your order, please email us at sales@fanniebaystore.com

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and Paypal.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. The online store's default currency is USD. We use an automatic location-based currency converter to show the prices in your local currency. For credit card payments, we can process all orders in major countries currency. If paid through PayPal, the final charge will be in USD which will reflect in your Paypal transactions.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customer's information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where are you located. Check with your country's customs.
